The seller's insurance premium is calculated on the sale price excluding joint debt and requires a condition report.

Good to know

The price list shows starting prices. The final price depends on property type, size, value and estimated time spent.
Sellers can choose between a fixed price, hourly rate or percentage commission.
An ownership transfer fee of NOK 5,884 from the managing agent (KOBBL) applies to everyone selling a co-op home. Transfer fees are also common in condominiums.
The seller's insurance premium is calculated from the sale price, not the joint debt. A condition report is required to take out the insurance.
All prices include VAT.
